Microsoft CityNext is a smart-city based initiative geared towards helping cities around the world become more technologically efficient and better serve the needs of their constituents. It is a subset of Microsoft in Public Sector. I was the lead program manager for the initiative for two years. My responsibilities covered content creation and management, ensuring consistent message and voice across multiple verticals, setting up and driving the initial social media channels, and overseeing the brand re-design to a fresh and engaging illustrative style.

Microsoft Business Hub
The goal of this landing page was to create a nurture stream to capture small and medium business leaders and ultimately convert them to the Microsoft cloud productivity suite. The content of the page rotated to promote five eBooks previously created by the client. My role in this project included drafting the content, leading the design and development team, and creating promotional posts for the client's LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter social channels.
Microsoft SureStep Marketing Guide
Our Microsoft Small and Medium Business client came to us with a request to easily surface marketing resources for their partners. Often, partners do not have the resources to staff a fully-fledged marketing department. Working with our client and subject matter experts, we created a self-serving micro-site that provided a wealth of resources based on a partner's knowledge level. On this project, I worked with our internal team to create the logic, edited and created new content, managed the design process, and oversaw ongoing quarterly maintenance to keep the content fresh.
Windows 10 OEM Program
The Windows team works closely with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to help promote the operating system on new devices. They came to us to help develop their yearly landing page to be placed on each partnering OEM's website. My role in this project included gathering and editing content, and leading a team that managed design, development and QA. We also worked to quickly localize the site in a total of 51 global markets. The entire process took 10 weeks from start-to-finish.
Windows 10 for Business
During our two year contract with the Windows for Business team, I lead our internal team of designers through several site redesigns of windows.com/business. I also assisted in monthly content maintenance and creating social promotion posts for the US and worldwide sites.
